Our story
BG Stile was founded in Turin in 2013 as a small artisan company for the automotive sector. After more than ten years of activity, we are today among the leading players in the motorsport world for spare parts and restoration.
Founder and owner Bruno Greco brings thirty years of experience working closely with the industry's leading companies. When work, experience and passion align, the results speak for themselves.
Every component that leaves our workshop carries the value of careful, precise craftsmanship made with Italian pride. From manual beating to model milling, through to final quality control: nothing is left to chance.
Our production process in 5 phases
Every project begins with precise measurement of the reference part or model. We use 3D scanning and reverse engineering technologies to capture geometries with maximum fidelity.
The acquired measurements are processed in a CAD environment to produce the digital model of the component. This phase ensures geometric precision and allows preventive verification before machining.
The model is milled with precision. We work primarily with aluminium alloy 6000, galvanised steels and stainless steel, adapting machining techniques to project specifications and the target sector.
The manual beating phase is the heart of our artisanal process. Each sheet metal component is worked by hand by skilled craftsmen, with trimming and welding performed to the strictest industry tolerances.
Before delivery, every part undergoes rigorous quality control through CAD geometric comparison. Only components that conform to specifications are approved and delivered to the client.
